How to book the walk/trek of a lifetime
All our walks and treks can be undertaken on a sponsored or non-sponsored basis and are open to charities, companies, community groups, organisations and individuals.
Charities/Companies/Community Groups
Our walks/treks represent a no risk, no commitment way of raising funds for your charity/organisation with
- no commitment to recruit a minimum number
- no up front payment
- no trip administration – leaving you free to concentrate on giving fundraising advice and support.

Sponsored Participants
Open to supporters of any charity (it is your responsibility to notify the charity of your choice accordingly if you are raising money on their behalf).
Individuals/Companies
Every walk/trek has a number of places available for individuals who would like to take part but who do not wish to raise funds for charity.
How to book
- Download information pack and booking form for relevant walk/trek
- Complete booking form and send with registration fee made payable to “charitytrek” to Ian Glassey, Charitytrek, 64 Milverton Avenue, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 4BG
Final Payments
You will be invoiced for the final balance as follows:-
- 16 weeks prior to departure for all overseas treks
- 8 weeks prior to departure for all UK treks
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt.
Bespoke Walks/treks
Charities interested in a bespoke UK or Overseas trek should contact charitytrek in the first instance to discuss their requirements in order that a tailor made package can be prepared.
